Though rare, there have been some cases of suicide by stabbing. But I can’t imagine how a person can stab herself in the back multiple times - or why! I’m pretty sure trying to sever your neck from behind is not the easiest (or most painless) way to kill yourself, unless you’re a circus contortionist.
