I can't believe you can actually walk free after shooting your best friend in the face because of a plea deal. The legal system in my country is a piping hot mess, but at least "give us info about this and you get immunity for your crimes" isn't a thing.

Anyway, I just love how Denise objects to divorce on religious grounds, but thinks killing her husband in cold blood is somehow A-OK with God.

Granted, it's been a while since I went to Sunday school and I havent' set foot in a church in years, but I seem to vaguely recall something about not going around murdering people. And, yes, I'm pretty sure "pushing someone in the water to drown and refusing to help them get out" morally qualifies as murder anyway.

Might be wrong, though.
